Qualifications

• B. Bus (Accounting);
• M.Com (Advanced tax);
• Associate of Tax Institute of Australia; 
• Certificate IV (Property);
• Licensed real estate agent (accredited auctioneer) and strata managing agent.

Grant joined Beaumont Strata Management in 2006 after ten years in various Big Four accounting firms, working as a tax and accounting adviser to property companies, developers and investors in Sydney, Tokyo and London. Much of his work involved structuring cross border investment in real estate. While strata managing a number of complexes himself, he also supervises the asset management functions (property management and strata management).  He is also responsible for administration within the office.

Grant is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (and is on the committee of the Parramatta/Hills chapter), Strata Communities Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also a registered BAS Agent.
