Brett joined Norwest Commercial and Industrial Real Estate in 1999 and is one of our longest serving employees.  He has served as a sales and leasing agent since that time, and now takes on the additional responsibility of managing the sales and leasing team. 

Brett has an extensive knowledge of; Real Estate best practice; Property valuation; Property development; Property finance; Property Law; Strata Law; Commercial, Industrial and Retail Leasing; Commercial, Industrial and Retail sales.

Brett is consistently one of our highest performers and has undertaken work as exclusive agent for clients such as; Investec Bank, Altis Property Partners, Presida Constructions, Lindsay Bennelong Developments, plus scores of private clients.

Brett has a Masters in Property Investment & Development. He was the Australian Property Institute postgraduate of the year in 2018.
