Q Central is the purpose built complex for medical user's right opposite the Norwest Private Hospital on Norbrik Drive at Bella Vista.

The long awaited Norwest Private Hospital was completed in September 2009, and consists of 169 beds and 10 operating theatres. Q Central, located opposite the hospital, was completed in 2010.

The new precinct in the internationally awarded and master planned Norwest Business Park is attracting industry leading medical and pharmaceutical firms such as: ResMed, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth, B.Braun, Belle Banne and McBeath Pharmaceuticals.

Developed by Lindsay Bennelong, QCentral features 7,500sqm of lettable area over three levels, with car parking for 320 vehicles. Contemporary design, cutting edge construction techniques and a focus on environmental responsibility combine in a commercial building of a standard not yet seen in Norwest.
